Forms To Bring For Financial Aid Application

1. You and your spouse's (if married) social security cards or numbers, or your parents social security cards or numbers if you are under 24.
2. Driver's License or state ID card.
3. 2006 W2 Forms if you did not file for your tax return.
4. You and your spouse's (if married) or parent's 2006 federal tax return form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ.
5. Any untaxed income records (welfare, TANF, etc.)
6. Current bank statements.
7. Current business and investment records.
8. Alien registration or permanent resident cards (if you are not a U.S. citizen).
